Profile
- University degree in Textile/Fashion Management, Business Administration, Retail Management, or alternatively a comparable commercial qualification with relevant practical experience
- Initial professional experience in retail or sales, ideally within the fashion environment
- Confident in handling KPIs and Excel
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and seasonal planning as well as partner consulting within the order process
- Strong brand and product affinity; skilled in implementing visual merchandising guidelines
- Digital proficiency: experienced with CRM, ordering, and reporting/BI systems
