Profile

  • University degree in Textile/Fashion Management, Business Administration, Retail Management, or alternatively a comparable commercial qualification with relevant practical experience
  • Initial professional experience in retail or sales, ideally within the fashion environment
  • Confident in handling KPIs and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and seasonal planning as well as partner consulting within the order process
  • Strong brand and product affinity; skilled in implementing visual merchandising guidelines
  • Digital proficiency: experienced with CRM, ordering, and reporting/BI systems
