With our hhff® tools, which have been tried and tested and continuously improved over many years, we first identify the candidates who have the required professional qualifications (hard facts / hard skills). However, the soft skills, i.e. qualities such as teamwork, empathy, or leadership skills, are at least as important to us. That is why we focus on these skills in our interviews (in person or via video call).

We love the idea of talking about human skills instead of soft skills. Human skills are not “nice-to-have”, they are among the key competencies to achieve a successful career. Our consultants are particularly good at recognizing the perfect match. In the process of searching for the best possible candidate, it is of great importance to treat all candidates openly, curiously, and with respect.
