The company develops frequently updated collections and manages product areas within partner stores through dedicated field teams. Collaboration with international teams and retail partners forms a central part of the daily business.

The position leads a regional field team, manages store performance across multiple partner locations and drives sales development through KPI analysis and structured regional planning.

Profil

Several years of leadership experience in retail, area management or field sales
Experience leading teams in a multi-site environment
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders
Dutch and English required
