The company develops frequently updated collections and manages product areas within partner stores through dedicated field teams. Collaboration with international teams and retail partners forms a central part of the daily business.

The position leads a regional field team, manages store performance across multiple partner locations and drives sales development through KPI analysis and structured regional planning.

Profil

  • Several years of leadership experience in retail, area management or field sales
  • Experience leading teams in a multi-site environment
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Dutch and English required
