  • Proven leadership experience in retail including coaching, motivation and team development
  • Lead by example on the shop floor with a strong hands on mindset
  • Experience in recruiting as well as organizing and leading teams
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on standards, execution and operational excellence
  • Confident working with retail KPIs and translating insights into effective action plans
  • High willingness to travel within the region and flexibility in day to day operations
  • Clear communication style and strong stakeholder management skills
