Profile

Completed degree in HR, Human Resource Management or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in a similar position
Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
Analytical thinking combined with execution strength and organizational talent
Proactive, structured way of working as well as a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Solid knowledge of HR processes, labor law, change and talent management, ideally within an international environment
