Profile

Several years of experience in retail management, preferably in the premium or luxury sector
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in developing and motivating teams
Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
A hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking and the ability to implement innovative concepts successfully
Outstanding communication skills in both German and English
High willingness to travel
