As an HR Manager*, you will be responsible for the overall HR strategy at the Warsaw location, including the planning, development, and implementation of HR initiatives.

Profile

A completed degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in retail
In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law and experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a high level of social competence.
